Unlisted. Supplies precursor materials to a CBAM exporter. No direct regulatory obligation. The required data already exists in GST filings and electricity accounts; it needs reformatting, not creation. The buyer’s investment in supplier enablement is the critical variable. A phone call, not a consultant, is the first action.
Parent reports under CSRD and requires consolidated data. Indian subsidiary also receives BRSR Lite requests from a listed customer. The parent’s CSRD requirement is the binding constraint: design to the stricter standard and derive the less stringent output from it. The structural advantage is that the parent provides methodology, templates, and often technology access.
